As lead graphic designer, I was responsible for driving the full 360º creative vision across eight centres in four countries. I oversaw the development of campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring cohesive storytelling across every touchpoint, from digital platforms and email marketing to in-store materials and final artwork production. My role involved managing the brand’s presence online and offline, aligning design strategy with business objectives and maintaining a consistent visual identity.
